24-Day Weight Loss Challenge - Day #17

Breakfast - Spark drink
Lunch - Wendy's BLT cobb salad
Dinner - Omelet w/peppers and monterey jack cheese and bacon - YUMMY!
Late snack: String cheese and almonds
Water: 106 oz.
Exercise: None - had errands to run at lunch time

EXHAUSTED...that about sums it up.
