I just cannot seem to get enough carbs lately. I'd eat an entire bag of chips or cookies if I could. I need to figure something out and quickly before I derail myself. :(

I'm in that carb boat. I don't know what it is, but I can't get off the carb train. I'm supposed to be carb cycling, doing low carb on my non-training days, and it's been two weeks and I haven't been able to do it.
AF is due for me next week and I haven't been making the best food choices so I'm sure that's what it's all due to. Not to mention the new job with the stress from that. This too shall pass...at least I certainly hope so!
