Check this out

Here is the message I got when I tracked my fitness stuff on Sparkpeople tonight:

*You've gone over your weekly calories burned goal by a significant amount. Your calories eaten goal will not adjust automatically. If you have increased the amount of exercise you are doing, you should update your fitness settings here to make sure you are consuming enough calories to support the additional activity.

Woo-hoo!

If you do go over on a regular basis, you really should update your settings. You run the risk of undereating (if you're following SP calorie ranges). Going over your calories burned goal every few weeks is a great little bonus though!

I will consider that. To be honest, I have not tracked my food for probably three weeks now and I know I've been going over my calories so I think I'm okay. I really need to get back to that though...that is one thing that SP is handy for.

I never track my food there but i always get this message. I have adjusted a lot and always go over. It is a great message, though :)
