I didn't get in as good of a workout as I had hoped. However...I burned an all time high of 392 calories for a 1/2 hour on the elliptical so I can't be bummed about that. I would have done another 1/2 hour after my kettle bell session but the Y was crazy busy tonight. Tomorrow night though...it's on! :)
