There is just one thing I forgot to complain about...

On here at least.

My frigging thighs are KILLING me! This all stems from my 20-minute workout using The Firm the other day. I probably did what seemed like 50 squats and I've determined that they don't like me or rather I don't like them. Wowza! I am now walking like I'm a decrepit 80-year old woman.

I am pitiful.

I really need to check out The Firm. I have a couple of them. I've been so busy reviewing the Biggest Loser stuff that I keep forgetting about them.

Hope your leg feel better. That muscle soreness is no fun LOL

It might just be me but I think it really kicks your ass. To be quite honest, I never got beyond the first tape...I was too afraid to try the others.

I feel ya! You know I;ve been doing The Firm and boy do they love those leg exercises. My inner thighs were so sore yesterday it hurt to move - dang side lunges!

At least you know it is working when you are sore. At least that is what I tell myself -lol.

Exactly, Heather! My thighs are one of my biggest problem areas so I know if they hurt, I must be doing something right.
