I maintained and I'm okay with that given the weekend's festivities. :) Back on track today. I'm even working out before work tomorrow!

Wow crazy everything checked off but one oil and the activity. Impressive. Good luck on the work out lol don't do too much at one time. And I still think you should try kickboxing.

Kickboxing is on my list of things to try...once I lose a little more weight. I weigh around 234 lbs. right now and so jogging is a chore right now. :(
