Wow crazy everything checked off but one oil and the activity. Impressive. Good luck on the work out lol don't do too much at one time. And I still think you should try kickboxing.

Kickboxing is on my list of things to try...once I lose a little more weight. I weigh around 234 lbs. right now and so jogging is a chore right now. :(
