I'm with you. The second half of 2011 was terrible for me. I struggled and failed, and I struggle every freaking minute of the day. Working in a cafeteria is not helping me either. As much as I love my job, I don't feel it's a good environment for me to be in.

dont be disgusted with yourself you are human it happens people make mistakes. You picked yourself back up and are headed in the right direction. keep it up and stay strong and you will be ok. If you need help join my challenge and we will keep you in lol :)

Sorry to hear you were going through the same struggles, Becky. My stress levels have been through the roof with the new job and family things but I need to stop using food as my crutch and get my ass in gear, LOL! Good luck with getting everything back on track.
